About Me
How I Got Here
I didn't set out to become a freelance writer—I just couldn't stop writing.
In college, I wrote a 117,000-word thesis novel in seven months while juggling coursework, internships, and a small business. I ghostwrote 25+ articles for B2B clients, edited submissions and constructed an entire book for a literary magazine, and somehow still found time to build elaborate D&D campaigns and harshly judge the contestants on The Great British Bake Off. (For the record: I cannot bake, just enjoy casual hyprocrousy)
Somewhere in all of that, I realized I'd accidentally built a career.
What I Do
I'm a published writer with a BFA in Creative Writing from Stephen F. Austin State University. My work has appeared in Piney Dark Literary Magazine, and I've written everything from technical documentation and SEO blog posts to academic analysis and marketing copy.
Here's what clients appreciate most: I'm fast, I'm reliable, and I actually care about the work. Whether you need a 2,000-word article by Friday or a user guide that doesn't make people want to throw their computer out the window, I deliver content that works.
What Makes Me Different
Most writers specialize. I don't—and that's on purpose.
My background spans creative writing, technical documentation, content marketing, and UX writing, which means I can shift between tones, formats, and audiences without breaking a sweat. Need a blog post that's friendly and conversational? Done. Technical docs that are clear and precise? Easy. Marketing copy that actually converts? Let's go.
I also work fast. Not "rushed and sloppy" fast—genuinely efficient. What takes other writers a week, I can deliver in 72 hours without sacrificing quality. If you've got a tight deadline, I've got you covered.
Why I Love This Work
Writing isn't just what I do—it's how I think. I love the challenge of taking complex ideas and making them accessible, easy to read, and frankly not a bore.
Whether I'm writing a technical guide, a blog post, or a D&D campaign, the process is the same: understand the audience, figure out what they need, and deliver it in a way that works.
